• Name, organisation, contact details, and referrer name (if given) submitted through the enquiry form.
• Correspondence exchanged with us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Basic KYC information collected on the Principal before any introduction is arranged.
• Server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) from ordinary website use.

3. Why we use it.

• To respond to enquiries and arrange meetings.
• To conduct baseline KYC on the Principal before making an introduction.
• To keep an internal record of engagements consistent with our AML posture.
• To comply with applicable Hong Kong laws.

4. Who we share it with.

• With a specialist in our network, only after the Principal expressly consents to the introduction.
• With professional advisers to HORIZON CREST Limited under duties of confidentiality.
• With regulators or law-enforcement agencies where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for marketing lists.

5. Retention.

We keep records for the period required by Hong Kong AML/CTF standards and for a reasonable period thereafter. Enquiry-form data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 12 months.

6. Your rights.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486), you may request access to or correction of your personal data held by us. Please write to contact@horizoncrest.com.hk.

7. Cookies.
