1. What HORIZON CREST Limited is.
HORIZON CREST Limited is a Hong Kong business-consulting firm. Its work is limited to (a) private strategy consulting to Principals, and (b) curated introductions to independently licensed specialists.
2. What HORIZON CREST Limited is not.
HORIZON CREST Limited is not:
- a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571) — it does not carry out any regulated activity (Type 1–10) under that Ordinance;
- a money lender licensed under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap.163);
- a licensed estate agent under the Estate Agents Ordinance (Cap.511);
- a Stored Value Facility (SVF) licensee or Money Service Operator (MSO) under the schemes supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority or the Customs & Excise Department;
- an authorised institution under the Banking Ordinance (Cap.155);
- a trustee, and does not act as a trustee for any client;
- a solicitors' firm registered under the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap.159);
- an insurance intermediary authorised by the Insurance Authority;
- a registrant under the Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones (Cap.615) regime;
- a debt-collection agent, a debt-negotiation intermediary, or a broker of loans;
- an insolvency practitioner, nominee, or trustee under any Debt Restructuring Plan (DRP), Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), or bankruptcy proceeding under the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap.6).
3. Regulated activities.
All regulated activities — including but not limited to securities dealing, asset management, corporate finance advisory, money lending, money remittance, insurance broking, estate-agency work, and precious-metals dealing — are routed to separately licensed specialists appointed directly by the Principal. HORIZON CREST Limited is not a party to the resulting engagement.
4. Fees and independence.
HORIZON CREST Limited's engagement terms are agreed privately with each Principal. HORIZON CREST Limited does not sell financial products and does not accept undisclosed referral fees from clients.
5. AML posture.
Introductions are preceded by baseline KYC on the Principal, consistent with the risk-based approach expected of firms operating in Hong Kong.
6. No holding out.
Nothing on this website or in any HORIZON CREST Limited correspondence should be read as holding out that HORIZON CREST Limited is licensed for, or is permitted to carry on, any regulated activity described in section 2 above.
